From Hunting to Food on the Plate Part 2

In this film, join chef Björn Ståhlberg and his colleague Per Axelsson on a deep dive into the pans at the Hennickehammar Manor conference center. A number of delightful game dishes will be cooked. We’ll learn new variants of the classic game dishes like moose, deer and wild boar, and bear is also on the menu. The film features tips and recipes for some good, suitable desserts, as well as wine suggestions for the various dishes. All the recipes are included on the DVD so you can start cooking right away.
